1. I've never danced in High Heels. Is this class for me?
A: Yes, absolutely! The classes are designed for all levels. We start with the fundamentals: posture, balance, and the correct way to walk in heels. If you're a beginner, you'll build a solid foundation. If you already have experience, you'll perfect your technique and explore more complex choreographies.
2. What type of heels should I wear? Do they have to be very high?
A: Safety and comfort are the priority. To start, we recommend a heel with good ankle support (a bootie is ideal) and a thick heel (block heel), not too high. The most important thing is that you feel stable. Leave the thinner stilettos for when you feel more confident.
3. What should I wear to class?
A: Wear something that allows you to move freely and that makes you feel good! Leggings, shorts, or fitted pants are great options so that the instructor can see and correct your body lines.
4. Is the class focused only on sensuality?
A: The class is focused on empowerment. Sensuality is one of the many forms of expression we explore, but the main goal is to build self-confidence, strength, technique, and attitude. It's about feeling powerful in your own skin.
5. I'm afraid of falling or getting hurt. Is the class safe?
A: Safety is our highest priority. All classes begin with a proper warm-up and strengthening exercises, especially for the ankles. The progression is made step-by-step, ensuring you only advance to more complex moves when you have the technical foundation to perform them safely.
