This Chair Massage Training empowers the student to perform quick and effective treatments (15 to 30 minutes), ideal for corporate environments, events, or public spaces.

The course integrates the best of two worlds: the ergonomics of Quick Massage and the therapeutic precision of Shiatsu Express.

The training is intensive and essentially practical, focused on immediate skill acquisition:
- Integrated Technique: Learning sequences that combine pressure (Shiatsu), kneading, and percussion, focused on the back, shoulders, neck, arms, and hands.
- Ergonomics and Posture: How to adjust the chair for different body types and how the therapist should position themselves to avoid physical strain.
- Palpatory Anatomy: Identification of key tension points ('knots') and energy meridians.
- Certification: The course grants a professional training certificate, validating the student's technical aptitude.

1. Is prior massage experience necessary?
A: No. This course is designed to teach the technique from scratch. The chair structure facilitates learning posture and movements, making it accessible to beginners.

2. What is 'Shiatsu Express'?
A: It is an adaptation of traditional Japanese Shiatsu for a faster format. It focuses on finger and palm pressure on specific points (tsubos) on the back and shoulders, providing immediate tension relief and energetic revitalization in a short time.

3. Do I need to buy a massage chair to take the course?
A: No. The center provides chairs for practice during training. However, if you decide to work professionally in this area, the chair will be a necessary investment (and we provide advice on which ones to buy).

4. Does the course provide a certificate?
A: Yes. At the end of the training a SIGO professional training certificate is issued, validating your technical aptitude to work with Quick Massage and Shiatsu Express.

5. What is the total duration of the course?
A: The course has a total duration of 20 hours — one theoretical and practical class of 8 hours and two additional practical training classes of 6 hours each. The dates of the following classes are arranged with students.
