1. What exactly is Reiki Level 3 and how does it differ from the previous levels?
A: Reiki Level 3 — or Shinpiden — is the most advanced level of Reiki practice. While Level 1 focuses on awakening and Level 2 on transformation, Level 3 is the level of inner realisation and mastery of oneself. It is at this level that you receive the fourth Reiki symbol — the Daikomyo — and deepen your spiritual dimension in a profound and transformative way.
2. Is it mandatory to have completed Levels 1 and 2 to enrol?
A: Yes. The Reiki Level 3 Course is intended exclusively for those who have already completed Levels 1 and 2 and have acquired all the theoretical and practical skills. Progression through the levels is fundamental to getting the full benefit of Level 3.
3. What is the Daikomyo symbol?
A: The Daikomyo is the fourth and most powerful Reiki symbol, received at Level 3. It works mainly on the spiritual dimension of the practitioner, promoting deep inner transformation and opening the way to great moments of awareness about life and personal purpose.
4. How is the course structured?
A: The course has a total duration of 25 hours, carried out over time with continuous support. Dates are defined at the time of enrolment — contact us to find out current availability.
5. Does the course have a certificate?
A: Yes. Upon completion of the course a Reiki Level 3 certificate is issued, recognising your progression and mastery in Reiki practice.
6. After Level 3, can I teach Reiki to others?
A: Level 3 — Shinpiden — is the Reiki Master level. After completing it, you have the necessary skills to deepen your therapeutic practice and, eventually, initiate others into Reiki practice. It is the culmination of a journey of personal and spiritual growth.
7. Is the course in person or online?
A: The course is in person, held at Centro Reikilibrius, at Rua do Carmo 21A, in Aveiro.
