- Guided stories about the origin of Reiki, told in a magical way.
- The 5 Behaviours of the Love Superheroes (based on Reiki’s five principles).
- Activation of “Superpowers”: the power of the hands, the heart, and attention.
- The Seven Magical Points of the Body (Chakras) and their connection to colours and emotions.
- The Emotion Game to identify, understand, and nurture feelings.
- Reiki Techniques for Children, including grounding meditation, creative visualisations, and adapted energy practices.
